Sunset Plaza Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive, Puerto Vallarta

Wow, my stay at this hotel was incredible! The rooms had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room with a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. However, there was a small hiccup as my room wasn't quite ready when I arrived. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay magnificent. The location was simply the best trip I have ever taken, right on the beach with all rooms having an ocean view. The dining experience was top-notch, with plenty of healthy and delicious options, although there was a slight issue with fruit availability. The facilities were superb, offering everything I needed for a relaxing vacation.

I can't stop raving about this hotel! The rooms are very clean, and the pools and surrounding areas are looking fantastic. A bit of a dingy feel here and there that could use a refresh, but overall, it won't stop me from coming back.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms on the 15th floor provided a spectacular view, but unfortunately, they smelled terrible, so I had to request an air freshener. On a positive note, the rooms were well-stocked with water, snacks, refreshments, and toiletries.
